Constructed in 14 days, the pavilion serves as the main baijiu tasting station, facilitating social interactions among festival-goers. Designed with three tasting corridors and a compact bar, it promotes spontaneous engagement while offering both communal and private spaces. The structure’s modular design emphasizes sustainability, utilizing two sizes of locally sourced timber and a sandwich truss system for effective construction and minimal waste.
