House EP / LOTE STUDIO + Ignacio Ferreira
Briefly

The project is set in the Punta Hueso segment along the Chilean coast, characterized by cliffs and endemic vegetation. The design integrates geographic elements like slope movements, using a curved roof to complement the hill's angle while creating enhanced spatial quality. Additionally, three levels of peripheral corridors have been designed to facilitate interaction with the local flora, supporting a harmonious connection between the built environment and its natural surroundings.
The project in the Punta Hueso sector is designed for the Chilean coast, taking advantage of endemic vegetation and the area’s high cliffs.
A curved roof was implemented to harmonize with the hillside slope, enhancing the spatial quality of the structure.
Peripheral corridors on three levels were developed to promote connectivity with the local flora, integrating the building into its natural environment.
Geographic elements such as slope movements were critically considered in the architectural design, influencing overall project decisions.
