M House / Silverline
Briefly

The project entails the design of a two-story house adapted to a sloped site approximately 3 meters from street to midpoint. The adopted split-level system creates a façade that resembles a single-story volume from the street. Access points are strategically designed: the pedestrian and vehicular entrances lead to an upper half-floor for private spaces and a lower half-floor for social areas. This arrangement maximizes the site's potential while addressing the challenges posed by the slope.
The design incorporates a split-level system to effectively manage the significant slope of the plot, showcasing innovative architectural solutions to site-specific challenges.
The façade facing the street presents as a single-story structure, creating a seamless visual integration with the environment while maximizing utility indoors.
A two-story single-family house is created, utilizing both upper and lower half-floors to allocate private and social spaces intelligently across the site.
Entrances are strategically placed at street level, facilitating access to private areas on the upper half-floor and social areas on the lower half-floor.
