Amari Cooper informed the Las Vegas Raiders he intends to retire days before the Raiders' 2025 season opener at New England.
Cooper, 30, entered free agency after three high profile trades marked his last team changes. The Oakland Raiders traded him to the Dallas Cowboys during the 2018 season, the Cowboys traded him to the Cleveland Browns in the 2022 offseason, and the Buffalo Bills acquired him this past October from the Browns. The 10-year veteran played in eight games in the regular season and three more in the postseason for the Bills.
