Lamb suffered the injury with 8:34 left in the first quarter on a carry as a running back when linebacker Noah Sewell landed on the back of Lamb's legs, causing the ankle to twist. Lamb missed the next 14 snaps over two series. He returned for the first play of the second quarter and looked to be lumbering when he went in motion.

Los Angeles Chargers running back Najee Harris hurt his left ankle on a non-contact play in the second quarter Sunday against the Denver Broncos. The ex-Antioch High and Alabama star took a step forward from the backfield as the play began and immediately went down with 5:02 remaining. He had to be helped off the field and was ruled out by the Chargers.
