A year after residents in the Fairfax District complained about piles of trash at a home on Martel Avenue, it has once again started to pile up at the so-called Trash House, KTLA reported. The brown, Spanish-style stucco home at 617 North Martel Avenue has been a lightning rod of criticism from neighbors for more than a year.
