This week, I've been reading about Lizzo and Uniqlo and book thieves and Max Verstappen, obsessing over both Black Rabbit and The Lowdown, eating aggressively too many Pop'ums pretzels, listening to everything in the AirPods Pro 3s, updating my old Ray-Ban Metas to see if the AI is any good, meal planning with Crouton, and posting all my junk for free on Nextdoor.
Two years ago, I came up with the idea to email my grandmother every Friday. I keep her up-to-date with my travels, and she offers advice and keeps updated about family news. Our messages help me feel connected even when I'm so far from home. Growing up, I often lived in a different state or country from my grandma, who turned 106 years old in June.
Microsoft Exchange Online is experiencing an outage that mainly affects European users. Users have been experiencing delays in sending and receiving emails since around 12:30 p.m. Central European Summer Time. Several users have reported experiencing problems, although the exact extent of the issue is still unclear. Microsoft acknowledges the problems on a support page in the closed admin center. The company states that "some users located in Europe" may experience problems sending or receiving emails via Exchange Online.
One of the less obvious but still useful features in Thunderbird is the ability to sort the contents of the folder list. It's the top-left pane in the main window, and it has a choice of views: All, Unread, Recent, and so on. These views are not mutually exclusive. You can combine them, for instance, showing the unread folders first, then after that, another section with all folders.
Microsoft is introducing new limits for onmicrosoft.com domains. Organizations can now send a maximum of 100 external emails per day via these standard domains to prevent spam. The new measure limits messages from onmicrosoft.com domains to 100 external recipients within 24 hours. Previously, there were no limits for Microsoft Online Email Routing Address (MOERA) domains. Microsoft is responding to an ongoing issue within Microsoft 365. Spammers are abusing new tenants to send large amounts of unwanted emails before Microsoft can intervene.
