There's something infectious about the Balearic islands - they've long-since defined my favourite corner of Europe and I challenge anyone who visits once to claim they wouldn't return. Each offers something unique, and the best luxury hotels in the Balearic islands are, in my opinion, also some of the best hotels in Spain. From clifftop boutique hotels in Ibiza where fashion brands flock to shoot campaigns and host runway shows, to wonderfully private converted homes in Menorca that promise privacy and seclusion, the offering is vast and varied.
