This is an Insight-oriented meditation class, grounded in the Buddha's Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Each session will include a combination of guided and silent meditations, short talks on the Four Foundations, short mindful movement sessions (chi gung or walking meditation), recommendations for home practice, plus reports, comments, and Q&A.
