Lillie Coit's, the new restaurant at 1707 Powell Street, has been in the works for seven years and operates as a pop-up named Petite Lil's, featuring a limited menu.

"We wanted it to be a place that you could walk in, and as soon as you come in, you feel relaxed, you feel calm, you feel at home," Jen Maxwell shares.
