Boia De will be hosting its annual Chilean Independence Day celebration on Thursday, September 18 in honor of co-owner Luciana Giangrandi's Chilean roots. The evening will feature traditional Chilean dish specials such as empanadas de pino, clams a la parmesana, choripan, the restaurant's take on an ensalada chilena, the traditional wine-based terremoto drink, and more. This year, the award-winning restaurant will also be offering a preorder for their empanadas up until 3 days in advance and on September 18 until sell out.
