Just going out there, playing every play like it's your last. Make sure that when you get off that grass, you leave it all out there. I think a lot of guys are understanding that now. This is a business, and you have to perform at this business. Because if you don't, you won't be here. The standard is the standard. No matter who it is or where you came from."
