A male is dead after he was struck by a tractor trailer in an industrial accident in Toronto on Wednesday, police say. The incident happened in the area of Jethro Road and Wilson Avenue, near highways 400 and 401, Toronto police said in a a social media post. Police and paramedics were called to the scene at about 1:55 p.m. The male was pronounced dead at the scene.
