The Oura Ring 4 is best known for its advanced sleep tracking, and I've found it pretty useful even though I don't really like spending $5.99 a month to get the most out of the subscription. That subscription gives you more detailed sleep tracking, 24/7 heart rate data, temperature monitoring, SpO2 sensing, and more. It's all the stuff you'd want monitored in case something gets out of whack. The latest Oura 4 model improves tracking of oxygen levels, your heart rate, and activities.

The latest Apple Watch SE impressed us with all of its upgrades this year, but the Apple Watch Series 11 is still the better option if you're an iPhone owner who requires more advanced health notifications. Thankfully it, like the SE, is now down to a new record-low price, starting at $349.99 ($50 off) at Amazon and Walmart for the 40mm, GPS-enabled version. Unlike the SE 3, Apple's entry-level wearable, the Apple Watch Series 11 offers features like EKG readings, blood oxygen tracking, and the FDA-cleared hypertension notifications.

While this smart device has been on sale from time to time, you can now scoop one up for its lowest price ever. The 3rd generation Oura Ring is the cheapest it's been. The silver and black colors of both the Heritage and Horizon styles are going for just under $200. The popular matte black Stealth color is discounted too, down to $229.

The Oura fitness ring and the Stelo continuous glucose monitor (CGM) now connect. For the past month, I've been wearing the Oura Ring on a finger and the CGM on my arm. Together, they've given me a more complete picture of how sleep, stress, exercise and, of course, food affect blood sugar. I wrote about Stelo in January. What's new is that it now integrates with the Oura Ring, which I've recently started using for the first time.
