This collaboration aims to merge AUTEC's technological advancements with Saito's culinary artistry, evidenced by the introduction of two limited-edition sushi robots: the ASM890A and ASM260A 'Saito Models'. The partnership seeks to challenge perceptions about machine-made food, emphasizing that quality and artistry can coexist in sushi preparation while highlighting AUTEC's commitment to innovation and excellence in the industry.
