ChatGPT functions as a user interface for Salesforce, pulling live, interactive lists and returning specific answers without manual searching or filtering. The Agentforce Sales app in ChatGPT can surface and prioritize high-quality leads using lead score, pipeline health and external context such as market or news signals.
