Amator is a new dining establishment in Copenhagen's Østerbro district, designed by Adam WierciÅski for Polish chef Mateusz Sarnowski. This versatile venue blends the ambiance of a café, restaurant, and private dining room, centered around a communal oak table that facilitates a sense of togetherness. The design employs interlocking tabletops and natural materials, creating an inviting space that showcases a vegetable-focused menu. Each piece of furniture is custom-made, reflecting a personal touch that complements the culinary experience, capturing the essence of 'hjemme spisested' or home dining.
