shape-me bike merges upper-body exercise and transport in one
Briefly

The Shape-Me Bike, developed by the Polish startup Ensavid and designed by Paweł Wawrzyński, innovatively transforms cycling into a full-body workout by incorporating upper-body engagement. Its saddle-free design utilizes a pendulum-style mechanism and foam-padded rollers, activating muscle groups from both the upper and lower body. By addressing common issues of sedentary behavior, the bike enhances posture and reduces spinal stress. With standard bicycle components for easy manufacturing, this project is in the patenting phase and is set for a crowdfunding launch to aid production and market entry.
“The Shape-Me Bike redefines outdoor mobility by integrating upper-body engagement, offering a full-body workout experience that addresses issues linked to sedentary lifestyles.”
“This innovative design omits the traditional saddle, replacing it with ergonomic foam rollers that promote an upright posture and reduce spinal pressure during use.”
