Woman charged in fatal stabbing of boyfriend that led to car crash on Cape
Briefly

Juscelene Guedes, 29, was charged with first-degree murder for allegedly stabbing her ex-boyfriend during a car crash. The incident occurred while they were speeding to the hospital.
A witness at the crash scene immediately identified Guedes as the suspect, prompting officers to apprehend her. Medical staff described the victim's stab wound as 'perfect'.
'Members of the hospital staff who talked to the State Police and the Barnstable Police Department essentially said this was a perfect stab wound,' said Assistant District Attorney Tara Coppola.
Prosecutors mentioned that Guedes and the victim had a history of domestic violence. Police found a kitchen knife in the vehicle, and Guedes confessed to stabbing Chaves.
