
"A man was arrested Saturday after a fight during a Bruins game at TD Garden that led to another man being hospitalized with a head injury, police said. The man arrested, identified by police as Aaron Tucker, 49, is set to be arraigned at Boston Municipal Court Monday on charges of assault and battery resulting in serious bodily injury, and assault and battery against a 60+ or disabled victim, according to a Boston police report."
"'[A witness] stated that a disturbance ensued while the victim [redacted] was harassing other Rangers fans and appeared to be intoxicated," the police report said. As tensions grew, witnesses recalled that Tucker pushed the victim down multiple stairs, causing the victim to injure his head; Tucker allegedly then left the stadium, said the report. The victim sustained an abrasion to the back of his head and was taken to Mass General Hospital for further evaluation, said police."

The two men allegedly heckled each other, and the victim reportedly harassed other Rangers fans and appeared intoxicated. The injured man was taken to Mass General Hospital and told EMTs he had been drinking and had no memory of the incident. Tucker was taken into custody and held at Nashua Street Jail pending arraignment.
