Three-storey property in Walthamstow on sale for 150,000 (but it's only 6ft wide)
Briefly

A unique 6ft wide property in Walthamstow, East London, is on the market for 150,000. Previously a ceramics workshop, it offers a substantial three-storey freehold opportunity for redevelopment into a home or live/work space. Close to local amenities and the vibrant street market, the property showcases the challenges of London’s housing market. Jo Davies, the former ceramicist, notes the potential for clever design solutions to make this peculiar property livable, reflecting London’s tendency for creative living arrangements in constrained spaces.
I think it could be, with some clever design solutions. I wonder it could be a really good project for an architect, or somebody who is good with design and can get round the constraints.
At the time, I had two studios and I used it as a teaching studio... It's weirdly spacious in there. It has a first floor and an attic as well.
