The cheesecake is rolled in corn flakes and fried until golden brown, marrying rich flavors with a crispy texture. Owner Alan Rosen humorously notes that, like everyone feeling fried these days, cheesecake should be too. This deep-fried treat is customizable with numerous toppings, ensuring a delightful dessert experience that aims to evoke joy and satisfaction.
"Everyone's a little fried these days. So we figured out cheesecake should be too," said Alan Rosen, Junior's third generation owner.
"If this doesn't make you smile and wolf it down-or at least take a nap-you're doing dessert wrong," Rosen said.
