An assailant grabbed a 10-year-old boy and slammed his head into the windshield of a parked car in Kensington, Brooklyn, just after 4 p.m. on Wednesday. The incident occurred outside 510 Ocean Parkway following a verbal dispute of unclear origin. Video released by the NYPD shows the suspect in jeans and a sweater approaching and grabbing the blurred-out child before the footage cuts out. Police reported the attacker fled in a silver minivan westbound on Ditmas Avenue toward Cortelyou Road.
