SAP has relaunched its Business Suite under the strategy called Business Unleashed, presenting it as a modular and composable cloud application. Alongside the extended partnership with Databricks, SAP is launching managed analytics products to integrate various business processes. While the German-speaking user group DSAG supports this relaunch, they advocate for transparent discount structures according to chosen modules. The new suite is intended to streamline and harmonize operations across previously disparate applications, drawing from integrations and acquisitions made in recent years.
The name will be familiar to longstanding SAP customers and partners. SAP Business Suite 7, for example, was launched in 2006 and includes the ERP application ECC6.
SAP is launching a managed set of analytics products across all business processes including finance, procurement, and HR, integrating data from SAP applications.
