"A Santa Rosa restaurant owner was arrested early Sunday after police say he fired a gun during a dispute with a customer over a bill. Moises Flores, 48, was taken into custody shortly after the altercation, reported about 4:10 a.m. at Dos Culturas Restaurant, 1709 Santa Rosa Ave., according to the Santa Rosa Police Department. He faces allegations including assault with a deadly weapon and shooting at an occupied vehicle."
"Investigators said Flores and a 37-year-old man had been drinking when they argued and began fighting outside the restaurant. Flores allegedly went back inside to retrieve a gun before opening fire. A bullet struck a parked vehicle occupied by a woman, shattering its rear window. The male customer suffered minor injuries in the fight, but no one was hit by gunfire, police said. Officers arriving at the restaurant found Flores inside. A gun was recovered in the kitchen."
