SJPD says this was an isolated incident, and there was no threat to public safety."
"SJPD arrested a 27-year-old man from San Jose on Wednesday after a search for the suspect. Police confirm the suspect had a prior arrest in 2019 for a shooting on San Fernando St., likely a shooting at San Jose State's MLK Library where no one was hurt.
