Modesto man arrested in connection with San Jose shooting
"The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 at a business in the 2300 block of McKee Road, San Jose police spokesperson Stacie Shih said in a news release. The suspect drew a gun inside the establishment before walking outside and firing at the victim, who was still inside the business, Shih said. The victim was not injured. Shih said the suspect left the area before officers arrived, but he was identified by detectives as Manuel Orozco-Calderon."
