Tesla's Master Plan Part 4 video briefly shows additional Cybertruck-inspired design studies captured for a split second. A small model was noticed during a scene of a Tesla Cybercab front end being shaped out of clay. Four shelf models appear: the released Cybertruck, a rounded model with an obstructed front, and two middle models with distinct body styles. One middle model has a taller rear and blockier front resembling an SUV. The other middle model is minivan-shaped, matching owner interest and prior Robovan teases. Tesla's materials choices make production of these stainless-steel concepts unlikely.
During the clip, four Tesla models can be seen sitting on the shelf. The far-left model, obscured by a plastic sheet, is what appears to be the released Cyberrtuck. On the right is a more rounded model with its front end obstructed ( which alone raises questions). The middle two models are of particular interest. Both look like the Cybertruck's design, but upon closer inspection, they're clearly different body styles.
Tesla revealed its Master Plan Part 4 on Monday. And while it lacked actionable substance, it did have some rather interesting Easter eggs snuck into the video for a split second: additional Cybertruck-inspired designs. These apparent design studies were caught by an eagle-eyed Redditor who noticed a small model during a short scene showing a Tesla Cybercab front end being shaped out of clay.
One appears to have a taller rear end that looks less like a pickup and more like an SUV. The model also has a blockier front fascia that appears to be styled more like an SUV as well. The other model is more minivan-shaped. Tesla owners have been calling on the automaker to build a van for some time now, especially since the automaker pledged to build vehicles for all major automotive segments in its previous master plans.
