The smell of steak seasoning reminded me of the smell of porketta, which is my favorite choice for meat. I decided to try to use the seasoning on a roast.
Wow, my house smelled amazing all day and the taste was to die for. It fell apart in my mouth and had this unique delicious wonderful flavor.
Once the roast simmers in the slow cooker, it's tender perfection. This pot roast is so easy to make, it's a dinner recipe you don't have to babysit.
Thicken the wonderful broth to make gravy. I used the leftovers to make soup the following day and, Lord, that was one amazing beef soup.
