The AnDo Project aims to create a unique type of residential space in infill plots by integrating units with open areas, maximizing independence while fostering connectivity. The design features two synchronized units with a creatively positioned stairway, creating dynamic spatial experiences. The varying values of the site influence the architectural approach, resulting in a closed Northern facade towards a school and an open Southern facade that offers expansive views. This duality maintains a villa-like essence while ensuring each unitâs autonomy and interaction with the environment.
The AnDo Project employs two synchronous masses and a playful stairway to create a vibrant, independent yet interconnected residential complex that embraces diverse spatial dynamics.
This innovative residence features a closed Northern facade facing a school for privacy, while its Southern facade opens to expansive views, enhancing the openness of the design.
