"The CC House, also known as Quinta dos Carvalhos, is a project that stands out for its profound harmony between architecture and nature. Set on a two-hectare plot in the Leiria region, the house was designed with an unwavering respect for the surrounding environment, where the built structure does not impose itself on the landscape but rather adapts to it. The result is an organic and sensitive integration that transforms the house into a refuge where the natural and the constructed coexist in perfect harmony."
The CC House, also known as Quinta dos Carvalhos, sits on a two-hectare plot in the Leiria region. The 1200 m project was completed in 2024 and emphasizes harmony between architecture and nature. The design prioritizes adaptation to the landscape so the built structure does not impose on its surroundings, achieving an organic and sensitive integration. The house functions as a refuge where natural and constructed elements coexist in balance. Collaboration included manufacturers such as Vibia, Flos and Porcelanosa Grupo; construction by Veyel Construcoes, Valter Gomes Construcoes and Ediperfil; and engineering and supervision by Cividaco Engenharia and Inception Architects Studio.
