ceramic tiles in blue and green hues cover tapered ayuru forest temple in brazil
Briefly

The AYURU project, conceived by Atelier Marko Brajovic, embodies a Forest Temple inspired by the delicate landing of a bird in a new territory, blending indigenous heritage and futuristic design principles with bamboo as the primary material.
The structural system of AYURU draws from ancestral indigenous architecture of Brazil, utilizing Guadua Angustifolia bamboo for its sixteen pillars, each eleven meters in length, supported by a network of transverse beams and an iron ring at its core.
