The Jenga House covers an area of 6,082 ft and reached completion in 2024. Lead architects are Guto Delgado, Mylena Oliveira and Leticia Ferreira, with Guto Delgado responsible for creation and construction. Documentation and project work involved Leticia Ferreira, Iara Mendes, Maria Luiza Paes, Jessica Martins, Roberval Rodrigues and Almir Quaresma; Jonny Jordan produced the electronic model. Construction was carried out by Amaral Guimaraes engenharia, HVAC by Imperador das maquinas, carpentry furniture by Dell Anno, landscaping by Margareth Maroto, and loose furniture supplied by Casa Contente.
