triangular skylights pierce cafe's concrete volumes by ASWA in thailand
Briefly

DIFF Coffee Roasters in Phitsanulok, designed by ASWA, showcases a striking design with two interconnected cubic volumes—one gray and one black—linked by a triangular bridge. The architects have skillfully integrated an existing large tree into the design, providing shaded outdoor seating that harmonizes with the minimalist material palette of smooth concrete, wood, and glass. The interior is characterized by a high-ceilinged atrium with triangular skylights that enhance verticality and light, creating a dynamic environment that invites interaction and relaxation.
