Shelby Dozier, a former sorting clerk at a New Jersey post office, stole sports collectibles valued over $100,000, including Michael Jordan trading cards. Dozier, 34, pleaded guilty to mail theft, having taken items from parcels meant for an auction house. Working since August 2022, he was one of several clerks sorting mail when numerous packages went missing. Prosecutors noted that the auction house specializes in sports memorabilia, which customers send from all over the world to be auctioned.
