Holafly collected data in June 2025 and ranked Bangkok, Prague, Amsterdam, and Dubai among other top cities. Rankings used metrics including annual tourist numbers, work environments, cost of living, and overall health and lifestyle; visa access was determined by country and national internet averages were used when city data lacked speed metrics. U.S. tourists can stay visa-free for 90 days and a digital nomad visa allows stays up to six months.

U.S. tourists can stay in Taiwan visa-free for up to 90 days. If that's not your speed, the country launched a digital nomad visa in January that allows foreign remote workers to stay for up to six months.
