The Simple Cuisine Gallery, designed by HAS Design and Research in Anhui, China, reimagines traditional kitchens and restaurants under the lens of sustainability. The architects, Jenchieh Hung and Kulthida Songkittipakdee, created a space that not only showcases culinary art but also promotes environmental awareness. Set against a backdrop of urban monotony, the gallery incorporates a nearby forest and waterfall, providing a serene retreat. The design, inspired by the movement of water, features dynamic facades that enhance the urban fabric, ultimately encouraging a green lifestyle and healing within the concrete landscape of the city.
The Simple Cuisine Gallery highlights sustainable eating and lifestyle concepts, bridging the gap between the human experience and nature within a busy urban environment.
The design promotes environmental healing, offering a tranquil retreat from chaos, reconnecting people with nature and inspiring green thinking.
