Man charged in sexual assault of woman in Berkeley hills
Briefly

"According to the records and authorities, around 7 p.m. Sunday, Funaki offered the woman a ride in his Cadillac from downtown Berkeley to her husband's home. Instead of taking her there, he drove to the Berkeley hills, where he pulled over and threatened her before committing the assaults in the passenger seat. After more than an hour of holding her captive, he let her go, threatening violence if she reported him."
"The police initiated a search for the suspect after the woman sought help from local residents. Around 8 p.m., officers located Funaki driving the Cadillac and arrested him.
