His name has not yet been released. The shooting happened about 10:32 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of 13th Avenue after the man got into a dispute with another person.
Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the killer.
