World's oldest-known wild bird lays an egg in Hawaii at age 74

The long-winged seabird named Wisdom, a Laysan albatross, at about 74 years old, has laid what experts estimate may be her 60th egg, marking her significant longevity.
Albatross parents take turns incubating an egg for about seven months. Chicks typically fly out to sea five to six months after hatching, leading a life of ocean foraging.
