The Galaxy S26 series is "definitely" bringing back Exynos, writes leakster
Briefly

Samsung is on track to launch the Exynos 2600 chip for the Galaxy S26 series, following delays with the Exynos 2500. The Exynos 2600, built on a 2nm node using third-generation Gate All Around technology, promises significant performance and efficiency gains. However, initial production volumes may be restricted, reminiscent of the past limitations faced by the Exynos 990. Mass production of the Exynos 2600 is slated for the fourth quarter of this year to align with the Galaxy S26's launch, anticipated in early 2024.
The Exynos 2600 is definitely back and it will be used in the S26. But the chip volume is so limited that it'll likely be similar to the Exynos 990 situation.
SF2 uses third-generation GAA tech and promises 12% higher performance, 25% better power efficiency and a 5% reduction in chip area compared to SF3.
The Exynos 2600 should go into mass production in the final quarter of this year to meet the demand for the Galaxy S26 series production.
That chip was used in the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series sold in most regions, except for the US, Canada and China.
