Little Fires is a Mexican bar on Bethnal Green Road in Shoreditch inspired by the spirit of Oaxaca, emphasizing mezcals, Mexican small plates and music. Christian Pecoraro, Florian Schulze and Horacio Sainz opened the venue. The cocktail list was created in collaboration with Sabina Sabe from Oaxaca and includes serves such as Little Fires Picante, Jungle Coatis, Corn Colada, Chimichurri Martini and Clarified Coffee Negroni. The bar serves natural and low-intervention wines, including bottles from Oaxaca and other Mexican regions. Rodolfo Castellanos of Origen Oaxaca consulted on the food menu, which features tosta de carne asada, duck confit taco with mole, chilli adobo scallop skewers and plantain croquettes. A downstairs hi-fi bar hosts DJs playing ambient, jazz, dub and lo-fi. A 50% off drinks promotion for INSIDERS ran Wednesdays–Fridays from 17–26 September 2025.
