This move aims to bolster DEUTZ's "New Technology" segment and enhance its position in alternative drive systems. UMS has electrified over 200 machines, generating significant revenue and attracting new orders. The acquisition will enable DEUTZ to leverage UMS's expertise and expand into transportation and logistics markets, furthering efforts towards zero-emission mobility solutions.
