Exclusive: Israeli proposal details possible plan to rule Gaza
Briefly

The Israeli government is considering a proposal for establishing a new governance structure in Gaza following the defeat of Hamas. A 32-page document outlines a vision that includes economic recovery, infrastructure development, and ideological shifts, referred to as "de-nazification." The proposal excludes Palestinian Authority sovereignty and UN humanitarian aid involvement. It reflects a broader strategy aimed at strengthening Israeli administrative control over Gaza, although it does not explicitly state plans for annexation. The document has been confirmed by senior Israeli officials, highlighting the serious planning underway for Gaza's future.
In order to prepare for the new state of affairs, even though the results of the military operation have not yet been achieved, it is necessary to prepare an orderly plan for the control of the Gaza Strip after the fall of Hamas.
The plan explicitly excludes the sovereignty of Palestine, or more specifically the Palestinian Authority (PA), or the presence of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) as a source for humanitarian aid.
