Additionally, the report detailed that 39% of those surveyed fell victim to online shopping scams in the past, pointing to the prevalence of fraud in this arena.
Among the fears, consumers reported concerns about personal information breaches and older family members being scammed, indicating a broad spectrum of worries amidst holiday shopping.
