The Security Executive Council (SEC) has opened its annual SEC Next Generation Security Leader Scholarship for applications, marking its fourth consecutive year. This scholarship offers three $2,500 awards aimed at supporting students enrolled in leading security, risk, and intelligence programs at select universities, including the University of South Carolina, Mercyhurst University, and Kennesaw State University. To qualify, students must demonstrate strong leadership potential while pursuing specified degrees during the 2025-2026 academic year. The SEC Scholarship Committee will evaluate applicants based on university criteria and SEC's input.
