Gasparino first joined the Dodgers in 2015 as their director of amateur scouting. During his nine years, he oversaw drafts that have helped put the Dodgers in an advantageous position.
It's the 2016 draft class that is perhaps Gasparino's most impressive and complete one to date, with players like Gavin Lux, Will Smith, and Dustin May.
