Connor Brogdon was acquired from the Phillies on April 6, but struggled this season, allowing eight runs in only three innings across four appearances for the Dodgers and Phillies.
Brogdon has a history of contributions with the Phillies, including a solid 2021 season, but has regressed recently.
In a corresponding move, Anthony Banda was added to the Dodgers' 40-man roster to replace Brogdon after being acquired from the Cleveland Guardians on May 17.
