Firefighters are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision on the A406 in Chingford. The incident is causing significant travel disruption on the A406 in both directions and on surrounding roads.
We sent resources to the scene including ambulance crews, an incident response officer and members of our hazardous area response team (HART). We also dispatched London's Air Ambulance. We treated a child and a man at the scene and took them both to hospital by road.
