Emergency services were called to the junction of Roman Road and Parnell Road at 10.33am on Sunday, October 6, following reports of a stabbing involving a man and a dog.
The police arrested two men in connection with the incident while a man in his 50s was treated for stab wounds that were not life-threatening.
In addition to the stabbing victim, a dog was found with stab wounds and was taken to a vet for treatment, indicating the distressing nature of the incident.
The London Ambulance Service highlighted that resources such as an ambulance crew and an advanced paramedic were dispatched, ensuring prompt medical response to the scene.
